Lesson 2: Creating the accounts you need

In just a minute, you are going to go create the accounts you will need to perform the tasks in this "Shortcut Affiliate Plan". Before you do that, please review the following tips:

» For your Blog, to choose your topic – think about what group you would like to lead in the Community – what interests you. Once you have figured out where your passion lies, write 5 different short descriptions of your topic – each taking a little different slant on the main subject. For instance, if your topic was “The Health Benefits of Meditation”, you might try the following 5 descriptions: 

• meditation and your health

• how meditation benefits your health

• can meditation benefit your health

• does meditation help your health

• can meditation make you healthier

» Go to Google and search for each of those descriptions.

• At the top of the page, to the right, Google will tell you how many searches were done for each of those phrases.

• For the title of your blog, you want to use the one that had the most searches.

• Post to your blog daily for one week just to get into the habit. Don’t worry about “keywords” or “affiliate links” or anything of the sort for this week. Just get into the habit of posting on a daily basis.
